If you are already using mental health services and have a crisis care plan
Find the details of the people who are listed to support you in a crisis, and contact them. Look at the section on what will help you when you are in a crisis.
If you are seriously thinking about harming or killing yourself or another person
If you have already harmed yourself or another person
Call 999 or
Go to your nearest A&E department
If you or others are not in immediate danger but you feel overwhelmed by suicidal thoughts
Talk to someone you trust

Call 111 and select the mental health option–24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 111 will tell you the right place to get help. You may be able to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone.

If you are thinking about harming yourself
